Consolidation Manager

We're looking for an experienced Consolidation professional to join our client's international team in Geneva.

Our client is an international company based in Geneva.

• Manage the full group consolidation cycle and produce US GAAP financial statements.
• Ensure data quality and compliance across subsidiaries.
• Improve consolidation and reporting systems and processes.
• Coordinate with tax, treasury, FP&A, and other corporate teams.
• Maintain strong internal controls and documentation.
• Provide financial insights through variance and performance analysis.
• Support statutory reporting and compliance.
• Contribute to M&A, new standards implementation, and other strategic projects.

• Degree in Finance or Accounting; professional certification preferred.
• At least 5 years' experience in an international, matrix?structured organization, in a consolidation role.
• Strong expertise in group consolidation and US GAAP.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (ideally SAP) and consolidation tools (e.g., FCCS).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder?management skills.
• Fluent in English;
  French is an advantage.
