Recruitment and Talent Development Expert - Switzerland / Monaco / Luxembourg.

This is a rare mandate in Geneva; the structure is expanding in Geneva, Zurich, Monaco, and Paris. We can base candidates in Monaco or Paris if needed. The client is a solid, ambitious new-generation Multi Family Office backed by serial entrepreneurs, seeking to grow exponentially in these regions. The selected Private Banker will have access to exclusive Real Estate Deals in France and Switzerland, Private/Club deals in the Tech industry, and special structuring opportunities within an entrepreneurial ecosystem and banking environment.

• Develop the business with Entrepreneurs and UHNWI clients (profiles from 10 Mln CHF are considered).
• Travel to meet clients and pitch ongoing deals.
• Act as a single point of contact for clients.
• Serve as a technical referral for clients.
• Generate product trade ideas and contribute to the team in Geneva.

Extensive interest in financial markets with a background in investment banking or private banking. The ideal candidate will have top-level interpersonal skills and deep financial knowledge of traditional and alternative investments. The chosen candidate will bring a book of clients aligned with this opportunity. This is a unique chance to grow into what could become the next major Multi Family Office in Switzerland/Monaco/Paris.

Open to candidates from large institutions, smaller structures, or corporates.
