Junior Investment Advisor

Job Description

Perform in-depth research and evaluation of a broad range of asset classes including equities, fixed income, mutual funds, and alternative investments to identify opportunities that align with clients' objectives

Design and implement customized asset allocation strategies tailored to each client's financial goals, investment horizon, and risk profile, with a focus on diversification and long-term performance.

Proactively manage and monitor client portfolios, making timely adjustments in response to evolving market dynamics, client needs, and risk considerations.

Evaluate the risk-return profile of various investment options and deliver clear, data-driven recommendations to help clients navigate market uncertainties and safeguard capital.

Build and maintain trusted client relationships through regular, transparent communication. Provide updates on portfolio performance, market developments, and investment strategy to ensure clarity and confidence.

Create and present investment proposals for potential clients. Monitor the development of the client acquisition process by adjusting investment proposals when needed. Support RMs by presenting the Bank’s investment process to potential clients.

Advise and execute clients’ trading instructions and follow pending orders / limit orders.

• University degree; CFA is a plus.
• Ideally professional client-facing experience in banking, financial markets or trade execution, preferable in the lnvestment Advisory business applying a portfolio approach, sales and distribution.
• Passionate about financial markets, excellent knowledge of financial products and services.
• Very good interpersonal skills; passionate about client service.
• Fluent in English, French and Portuguese (mandatory) .
