Result of Service
Output 1 – Preparation and Planning (mid-March 2026)
- Adapted/contextualized training materials
- Participated in the ToT
- Coordination with partners on outreach
- Confirmed participant list ensuring inclusive representation (country-specific profiles)
Output 2 – Delivery of Training Workshops (by end of July 2026)
- Delivery of two to four in-person or hybrid workshops
- Submission of short post-training summaries (within 7 days) highlighting feedback, attendance, and immediate outcomes.
Output 3 – Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting (by mid-August 2026)
- Completion of pre- and post-training assessments for all participants.
- Submission of a final narrative report using ITC She Trades templates, including:
- Key successes and observed behavioural changes
- Challenges and mitigation strategies
- Recommendations and lessons learned
Output 4 – Submission of all supporting documentation: signed attendance sheets, evaluation forms, and pre/post assessment results (by mid-September 2026).
