We are currently seeking a dedicated Render Professional to join our creative team. This role will involve producing high-quality rendering materials for various projects, ensuring that our visual standards are met. You will also communicate directly with our clients, so any German & French language skills are an advantage. The internal communication language is English.

• Develop and execute detailed rendering processes to create stunning visuals for marketing real estate properties.
• Optimize rendering workflows for efficiency while maintaining the highest quality outputs.
• Stay updated with the latest rendering technologies and techniques.
• Present rendering drafts to stakeholders and implement feedback accordingly.

• Proven experience as a Render Professional or similar role, ideally within the architecture or real estate sector.
• Expert knowledge of rendering software such as 3ds Max & Corona.
• Strong understanding of lighting, materials, and texture mapping.
• Familiarity with photo-mapping renderings.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
