Une entreprise de téléservices recherche des Téléconseillers pour intégrer son service client à Genève. Vous aurez pour mission d’assurer une relation client de qualité par la gestion des appels entrants et le traitement des demandes. Le candidat idéal possède un niveau Bac minimum et idéalement une expérience en centre d’appels. Excellentes compétences communicationnelles en français exigées.
