Une entreprise dans le secteur du commerce de détail recherche un téléphoniste trilingue (français, anglais, suisse allemand) à Genève. Vous serez en charge de la gestion des appels entrants, du traitement des demandes clients, de la réponse aux emails, ainsi que de l'accueil à la réception. Une expérience confirmée dans un poste similaire et une maîtrise des outils Excel et Word sont nécessaires.
Ce poste est à taux d'activité complet et requiert de travailler en tournus le samedi.
