Position: Work in Portugal - Customer Operations/French Market (Accomodation from Day 1)
Location: Genf

We are looking for French‑speaking talents who want to build a career in Customer Operations & International Support while working in a diverse, multicultural environment in Lisbon.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer requests via email, chat, contact forms, and calls
  • Handle support tickets related to general queries, refunds, or incomplete services
  • Call users to speed up case resolution and improve communication
  • Perform back‑office tasks that may involve outbound calls
  • Conduct outbound calls to promote products, collect feedback, and support customer success
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
  • Achieve performance goals and respect deadlines
  • Provide operational feedback and escalations when needed
Salary Package With Accommodation

Total Gross Cash Compensation: 1,040 € per month

  • Base salary
  • Monthly holiday & Christmas allowances
  • Meal allowance (7 € per working day)
  • Apartment benefit‑in‑kind (200 € declared on payslip, tax‑free until 31/12/2026)
  • Health insurance from day one
  • Potential productivity bonus (performance‑based)
Salary Package Without Accommodation

Total Gross Cash Compensation: 1,240 € per month

  • Higher base salary (no apartment benefit)
  • Monthly holiday & Christmas allowances
  • Meal allowance
  • Health insurance from day one
  • Potential productivity bonus (performance‑based)
Training Information
  • Schedule:

    8 hours per day
  • Training content includes system onboarding, customer management, product training & on‑the‑job practice
  • Training allowance: 42.72 € per day
  • Payment is made only if training is fully completed
Working Conditions
  • 40 hours per week + 1 hour lunch break
  • 22 vacation days per year
  • French holidays apply
  • Compensation day for work on a Portuguese public holiday
  • Office located near Oriente / Moscavide stations (easy access by metro, bus, train)
