Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for cultivating strong customer relationships and driving business growth? We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Technical Service Manager. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing customer opportunities, proactively engaging with key accounts, anticipating their needs, and creating significant value.

• Account Management & Relationship Building: Cultivate and manage robust technical relationships with 1-3 premium accounts and 10-20 value-added accounts, predominantly within the margarine/spreads category.
• New Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new customer development project opportunities, expanding our market reach and impact.
• Project Ownership & Pipeline Management: Take ownership of and lead the execution of a customer project pipeline, with an approximate value of 5-10 million in contribution margin.
• Needs Assessment & Solution Development: Independently analyze customer needs, translate them into tangible product offerings, and integrate these solutions into comprehensive customer account plans.
• Customer Service Excellence: Ensure prompt and effective communication, efficient project turnaround times, and expertly manage customer expectations to foster long-term partnerships.

• Minimum of 3 years of working experience
  , with some years preferably in technical service/technical sales in a B2B Food (Ingredients) environment.
• Deep understanding of the oils & fats industry
  , including expertise in production processes, customer manufacturing applications, and end-use cases.
• Proven experience in key account management, technical sales, or business development, preferably within the food industry, with a focus on margarine/spreads.
• Proactive and relationship-focused
  : A self-starter with excellent communication skills and a proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Strong technical sales acumen
  :
  Possesses robust technical sales skills, effectively communicating complex information and offering tailored solutions.
