How Will You Make An ImpactWe would like to propose you the opportunity to join, for one year, our International E-Commerce department, as International E-Commerce Category Development Project Manager. In this role, you will support the Cartier e-commerce team in driving several categories’ online business penetration and contribute to our first‑class Maison online product discovery and shopping experience.
Be the guardian of our product categories’ offer & online experience principlesBe the key point of contact for the e-commerce performance department, HQ stakeholders (Marketing, Communication, Operations, Retail) and WW community for the online representation and experience of the product categories.
- Master the categories’ scope and its evolutions hand in hand with Marketing teams, operations, markets
- Set the global framework and governance on different segments, jointly with Marketing and retail counter‑parts
- Introduce new offer and amplify channel go‑to‑market strategy with the orchestration of transversal experts’ task forces
Lead end-to-end the category’s continuous e‑commerce business development, acting on all steps of the client online journey with the Maison.
- Partner with respective product Marketing teams: infuse their strategies into online continuous business development
- Monitor relative contribution of the channel, specific risks and opportunities, as well as rising client behaviours’ trends, metrics or qualitative feedback to feed relevant decision making
- Animate a global e‑community, providing a strategic vision for the category development online, and a related roadmap
- Offer ongoing guidance and support to local markets and integrate their insights and feedback
- Contribute as a business owner to every project, permanent development or animation related, impacting your categories of responsibility
- Occasionally, lead end-to-end transversal projects for the e‑merchandising team - key commercial times animations (like Valentine’s Day) and/or always‑on business developments (like capturing Gifting or other evergreen client intentions)
- You have a master’s degree with 5+ years of experience in a related e‑commerce, digital, or marketing role in an international environment, ideally in the luxury industry
- You are fluent in English and French
- You possess strong operational background with proven project management skills in a changing environment and across multiple stakeholders. You set strong partnerships, thanks to good communication and collaboration skills
- Solution‑oriented, you mix business acumen, client centricity, and strong digital appetite, keeping up with latest trends
