Perfume and Beauty Growth Office Department – a team of experts in perfumes, ingredients and innovation – seeks a Senior Manager with competence in quality expertise areas at a global level, focusing on perfumery ingredients.

• Support process transfer, outsourcing, and new raw material introduction.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines, including analytical method alignments and manufacturing process optimisation.
• Advise on perfumery ingredient specifications, analytical techniques and manufacturing tolerances.
• Make high‑level decisions in ingredient processes, drive initiatives and act as a preferred point of contact for analytical and technical matters.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, affiliates and cross‑functional teams.
• Conduct training and coaching for peers and facilitate information sharing.
