Founder’s Associate

Diplo Tools builds digital tools for diplomats, foreign ministries, and international organizations. Our mission is to cut bureaucratic friction and help diplomacy move faster.

, working with institutions that shape global decisions.

We are looking for a Founder’s Associate to work directly with the founders on business development and strategic growth. This role is for someone who understands how the world of international affairs works, but who also wants to operate in a fast-moving environment where ideas quickly become real products.

You will help bring new technology into diplomatic institutions and international organizations.

• Working directly with the founder on business development and strategic outreach
• Building and maintaining relationships with Permanent Missions, foreign ministries, and international organizations
• Booking and preparing high-level meetings with diplomats and decision-makers
• Managing a structured pipeline of opportunities and keeping conversations moving
• Contributing to product positioning and market feedback
• Supporting the preparation of demos, briefings, and presentations

You will play a central role in helping the company grow its network and convert interest into real partnerships.

• Background in international relations and business
  . Experience in a Permanent Mission or international organization is a strong advantage.
• Experience in a startup environment or fast-paced organization
• Strong understanding of how multilateral diplomacy works
  , particularly within the UN ecosystem
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple conversations and opportunities
• A natural ability to connect with people and build trust quickly
• Curiosity about technology and its application to diplomacy and international affairs
• Independent, proactive, and highly driven
• Fluent in English (French is a plus)
