As a Marketer / Commercial professional, you will remain anchored in your market of expertise (grains / agribusiness, energy, or metals), while operating in a broader strategic and relational role.

You will use your deep understanding of market dynamics and key players to identify and engage with situations involving senior hires, leadership transitions, and high-stakes organizational decisions, where market insight and discretion are critical.

Concretely, you will:

• Read and analyze the human, organizational, and decision‑making dynamics specific to your market
• Engage in high‑level conversations with traders, managers, executives, trading houses, and industrial or financial organizations
• Identify, qualify, and structure strategic recruitments
• Build trusted, long‑term relationships based on credibility, discretion, and value creation
• Act as a strategic bridge between markets, organizations, and key decision‑makers

This is a highly relational, intellectually demanding, and business‑driven role, offering a high degree of autonomy and responsibility.

We are looking for commercially minded professionals coming from commodity trading, who are curious to broaden their impact beyond pure trading or transactional roles.

You are likely to recognize yourself if you have:

• Strong expertise in a specific market (agribusiness, metals, or energy)
• A sharp ability to listen and to read between the lines of what is not explicitly said
• A mature commercial approach focused on long‑term relationships rather than short‑term deals
• Natural credibility with senior, demanding interlocutors
• A genuine interest in organizations, leadership dynamics, and professional trajectories
• Minimum 10 years experience in your field
• Perfect command of English and French
