Job Description

Mission

Support the Request For Proposal (RFP) team in all aspects related to institutional business generation. The RFP team is closely collaborating with UBP’s global sales representatives when it comes to completing due diligence questionnaires from prospective investors or clients and participating in tenders from institutional clients who are looking for an asset manager.

  • Hands on support and rapid understanding of the working methodology, following internal training by the team
  • Financially literate / interest in different asset classes (long-only and alternatives), background in asset management is favored
  • Willingness to learn and quickly apply

Main responsibilities

  • Support the RFP team in the completion of client due diligences and Requests For Proposals
  • Maintenance of consultant databases
  • Maintenance of standard due diligence documents for flagship funds
  • Support the team in any day-to-day business and maintenance of internal worksheets
  • Collaborate with investment specialists and subject matter experts from other functions (e.g. Compliance, Risk, etc.)

Requirements and Personal Skills

  • University Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, finance or related fields
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills (English and French, any other language is a plus)
  • Ensure very high quality for all tasks, high level of diligence, consistency, correctness and timeliness of information
  • Attention to details, ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritise simultaneous requests
  • High motivation, productivity and efficiency
  • Proactivity and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to communicate openly and in a transparent manner
