Personal Assistant (H/F)
For one of our clients an international private structure based in Geneva, we are seeking a permanent part‑time position.
DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION- Manage and coordinate agendas, meetings and appointments
- Organize travel arrangements and related logistics
- Prepare and draft correspondence and documentation
- Support event coordination when required
- Oversee general administrative matters
- Maintain records, databases and internal documentation
- Liaise with external partners and service providers
- Ensure smooth day‑to‑day operational coordination
- Relevant education supporting senior administrative responsibilities
- Minimum 10 years' experience in a similar Personal Assistant or senior support role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Confident and polished business presence
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Background in hospitality or supervisory roles is considered a plus
- Fluent French, English, Spanish and Italian
