Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Geneva for an Office Administrator. The Office Administrator will oversee daily office operations, coordinate administrative tasks, manage office equipment, and provide exceptional customer service. This role involves supporting team members, maintaining organized office practices, and serving as the primary point of contact for office-related queries and correspondence.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
  • Experience with Office Equipment and tools to ensure operational efficiency
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills in both written and verbal forms
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Fluent in English and French, Chinese is an advantage.
  • Oversee compliance documentation for the European
  • Support the international sales team with administrative processes in Switzerland for obtaining medical device licenses in other countries (e.g., document notarization and certification)
  • Coordinate meetings, calls, and email communications between team and local R&D/manufacturing teams, European experts, KOLs, distributors, and clients.
