Senior Office Administrator​/Executive Assistant to Director

Part-time position (80 to 100%, depending on the season), for long-term employment.

We are looking for a Senior Office and Logistics Administrator / Executive Assistant to the Director of a small Geneva-based company in business since 2005 exclusively representing Western producers in East and Central Europe.

Flexible, responsible, and punctual, without standing communications skills for productive relationships with international producers, customers, transport companies, and freight forwarders, as well as experienced dealing with Geneva and Swiss administrative matters.

Ability to think and work independently, to issue and process documents without errors, and to be in charge of all matters during the Director's frequent foreign travel.

Your skills: MUST be fluent in English and French, both written and spoken. The ideal candidate is mid-career, with years of experience in international commerce. Proven experience in international logistics, road transport, and marine container shipments. Computer skills required; proficiency in Excel is essential.
