Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Act as the central point of contact between all stakeholders, including external managers, custodians, fund administrators, the management company, risk management teams, and the middle office
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among all parties involved in the project
  • Organize and lead project meetings, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are informed and aligned
  • Proactively identify and address potential bottlenecks or issues in collaboration with the relevant teams

Project Tracking and Management

  • Develop and maintain a detailed project action plan, including milestones, deadlines, and assigned responsibilities
  • Monitor the progress of the project and ensure timely delivery of key deliverables
  • Prepare and distribute regular project status updates and reports to stakeholders

Meeting Organization and Documentation

  • Schedule and coordinate project meetings, ensuring all necessary participants are included
  • Prepare meeting materials, including presentations, agendas, and supporting documents
  • Document meeting minutes, decisions, and action items, and ensure follow-up on assigned tasks

Operational Support

  • Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and propose practical solutions
  • Collaborate with teams to define and execute testing plans for new processes or tools
  • Track and document test results, ensuring any necessary adjustments are implemented

Required Profil

Education and Experience

  • Master’s degree in project management, finance, economics, or a related field
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a Project Coordinator or similar role, ideally within the banking or asset management sector
  • Solid understanding of operational processes in asset management (e.g., custody, fund administration, middle office) is a strong advantage

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in project management tools
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Familiarity with processes in the financial sector

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a collaborative approach to teamwork

Languages

  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory
