Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as the central point of contact between all stakeholders, including external managers, custodians, fund administrators, the management company, risk management teams, and the middle office
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among all parties involved in the project
- Organize and lead project meetings, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are informed and aligned
- Proactively identify and address potential bottlenecks or issues in collaboration with the relevant teams
Project Tracking and Management
- Develop and maintain a detailed project action plan, including milestones, deadlines, and assigned responsibilities
- Monitor the progress of the project and ensure timely delivery of key deliverables
- Prepare and distribute regular project status updates and reports to stakeholders
Meeting Organization and Documentation
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings, ensuring all necessary participants are included
- Prepare meeting materials, including presentations, agendas, and supporting documents
- Document meeting minutes, decisions, and action items, and ensure follow-up on assigned tasks
Operational Support
- Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and propose practical solutions
- Collaborate with teams to define and execute testing plans for new processes or tools
- Track and document test results, ensuring any necessary adjustments are implemented
Required Profil
Education and Experience
- Master’s degree in project management, finance, economics, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a Project Coordinator or similar role, ideally within the banking or asset management sector
- Solid understanding of operational processes in asset management (e.g., custody, fund administration, middle office) is a strong advantage
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in project management tools
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Familiarity with processes in the financial sector
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a collaborative approach to teamwork
Languages
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory
