Location: Genf
A Geneva-based asset management firm is seeking an Executive Assistant for an ExCo member. The role involves managing complex schedules and organizing international business trips. Candidates should have a minimum of five years' experience in a similar role within financial services, with proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, ideally resides in Switzerland, and is available immediately or on short notice.
This position initially offers a 6-month contract with potential extensions.
