Location: Genf

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Legal Officer (CLO) of a leading international organization. This role requires discretion, efficiency, and the ability to manage complex schedules and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Missions
  • Calendar & Meeting Management
    :
    Coordinate and optimize schedules, arrange internal and external meetings, and ensure timely preparation of agendas and materials.
  • Travel Coordination
    :
    Organize international and domestic travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and expense reporting.
  • Document & Communication Support
    :
    Draft, review, and manage correspondence, presentations, and confidential documents.
  • Stakeholder Liaison
    :
    Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up.
  • Project Assistance
    :
    Support CFO and CLO on ad hoc projects, including research and data preparation.
  • Office Administration
    :
    Maintain records, manage filing systems, and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
Profil du candidat
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior executives.
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills in English (mandatory);
    French is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and digital collaboration tools.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
