Responsibilities
- Prepare daily assistance for trusts and fiduciary institutes based on instructions from the Trust Management team.
- Control administrative tasks, including financial, regulatory, accounting, and database reviews with general document correspondence.
- Execute the companies payments and other transactions.
- Check and manage templates and files for accuracy.
- Overlook proper scheduling and coordinate operation of board meetings and investment committee meetings.
- Work on various global projects, collaborating with colleagues of differents departments.
- Be the first contact for matters related to administrative work.
- 1 or 2 years of experience in trust or fiduciary structure.
- STEP membership or in the process of the membership.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to establish priorities.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
- Fully computer literate (such as MS Office).
- Excellent English communication skills (French is an advantages)
