Under the supervision of the Director of Accounting & Financial Reporting, processes Finger Lakes Health accounts payable and various other responsibilities relating to functions of the Accounting Department.

EDUCATION:

Minimum:

* High school education required

Preferred:

* 2 year Associates in Accounting or related field

LICENSE:

PROFESSIONAL

CERTIFICATIONS:

WORK EXPERIENCE:

Minimum:

* Previous office experience

Preferred:

* Two years of previous computerized accounts payable experience.

SKILLS:

Minimum:

* Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and ability to deal with the people in a professional and courteous manner.

* Ability to meet deadlines, and enhance the spirit of teamwork through effective role modeling.

* Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and oral) and organizational skills.

* Computer literacy

Preferred:

* Experience with Microsoft Office products including word, excel and power point.

* Prior AP software experience.
