• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state where you will practice
• Compact licenses transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification (hands‑on component)
• TB skin test within last 12 months
• Six months of hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation

• Variable hour and part‑time employees eligible for ACA benefits after 12 months of employment (at least 130 hours per calendar month)
