We are seeking dedicated Staff Nurses with an LPN to join our diverse team in Geneva and be a part of our life‑changing mission.

We have flexible full‑time and part‑time shifts available with an hourly rate of $28.25/hr - $34/hr based on qualifications and experience. The position has additional differentials of $1 for PM weekdays, $2 for night weekdays, $5 for AM weekends, $6 for PM weekends and $7 for night weekends. Our PRN/IHR (On‑Call) LPN rate is $29/hr with an additional $2 differential for weekends.

• Administer medications, tube feedings and treatments as prescribed.
• Prepare quarterly health assessments and annual assessments.
• Inform the physician of changes in resident health status and implement physicians orders to assure optimal health care.
• Complete daily charting for care provided.
• Act as a liaison between residents, parents, physicians, consultants and case manager regarding resident status.

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), current on the Illinois Health Care Worker Registry
• Possess current BLS CPR certification for Healthcare Workers
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job and to meet its functional and environmental requirements
