We are seeking an experienced  
** Maintenance Technician
** to support plant operations by performing mechanical troubleshooting, repairs, preventative maintenance, and technical support across all manufacturing areas. This role is critical to ensuring equipment reliability, safety, and efficiency.

Pay Rate: $31.00 - $32.55 / hour

Duties:

+ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and welding issues.

+ Determine repair vs. replacement needs for machine parts.

+ Perform preventative and periodic maintenance on equipment.

+ Support contractors, Engineering, and operators as needed.

+ Complete maintenance records and part requisitions.

+ Safely use testing devices, chemicals, forklifts, and material-handling equipment.

+ Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow all PPE and safety rules.

+ Participate in team problem-solving and improvement activities.

Position Requirements :

+ Minimum  
** 3 years of experience
** in a maintenance role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

+ Strong mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and electronic troubleshooting skills.

+ Ability to perform repairs and problem analysis across multiple technologies.

+ Good vision, hearing, and manual dexterity

Requirements:
Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old.

Able to Lift 40 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $31.00 - $32.55 per hour.  This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
