A Food and Beverage manufacturer near Geneva is looking to add a Safety and Training Specialist to their team! This company has been around for over 30 years and still operates as a family-owned business. Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions such as new employee orientation
- Develop and promote positive working relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Complete corrective action forms for safety incidents and accidents
- Uphold all company policies and safety procedures
Requirements:
- 2+ years of training and safety experience
- Food industry experience (preferred)
- Comfortability in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication
* This role is required to be on-site at least 4 days a week*
