• Competitive pay:
  Production Lead I – $20.80/hr | Production Lead II – $23.40/hr

• Oversee pre‑op or tear‑down procedures depending on shift
• Coordinate line setups and review schedules, orders, and product specs
• Work with other departments to reduce downtime
• Lead plant‑wide continuous improvement initiatives
• Assign personnel, provide direction, and train associates
• Recommend corrective actions for non‑compliance
• Maintain accurate documentation: lot tracking, waste, usage, quality checks, and production records
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and production reports
• Cross‑train across all production and packaging lead areas
• Work on the production floor 95% of the shift
• Follow all safety procedures and perform other duties as assigned

• High school diploma/GED or relevant manufacturing experience
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic math and computer entry skills
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods
• Ability to work flexible schedules and overtime as needed
• English reading, writing, and speaking required; bilingual a plus
• Manufacturing experience and leadership skills required

• Manufacturing setting with machinery, noise, and varying temperatures (warm or refrigerated)
• Team‑oriented environment requiring professionalism and respect

Salary: $41,600 – $49,920 per year.

Shift: First.

Work hours:

6 AM – 2:30 PM.

Education:

High School.
