Mission:
- In charge of regulatory aspects of the trading activities
- Provide legal services to the team
- Reviewing and negotiating contracts.
- Be the link for litigation and arbitration
- Coordinate join venture & corporate law
- Qualified attorney or legal, preferably with at least 10 years' post qualification experience.
- Relevant industry and dispute resolution experience would be an advantage.
- Experience in risk management, contract management & compliance together with Maritime law
- Good interpersonal skills, energetic and capable of self-direction.
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills (both French and English)
