Responsibilities
- Supervise daily concrete construction activities, including scheduling, labor, and equipment.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Enforce safety policies and maintain a safe jobsite environment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
- Provide leadership, training, and support to field crews.
- 5+ years of experience in residential concrete or related construction supervision.
- Strong knowledge of concrete forming, pouring, finishing, and curing.
- Ability to manage multiple crews and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver s license.
- Must have basic computer skills.
- Competitive pay (based on experience). 70-100 k
