We are seeking an experienced and talented Business Information Analyst to join our dynamic Digital– Data & Analytics team.

This role is helping providing valuable insights for steering our business and achieving synergies in the company. The main focus of this role is on the business functions like finance and commercial. We are looking for a person with deep knowledge in business processes and specifically Celonis knowledge of SAP is a big plus.

The ideal candidate has capabilities to think and lead value creation from the Celonis Platform. Support colleagues in the team to optimize our architecture and way of working to achieve our ambitious goals.

The business information analyst plays a key role at Envalior by providing essential data to guide leadership and inform shareholders. They excel in analytics, data modeling, and problem-solving, and are the go-to expert for Celonis and related tools.

Beyond technical and functional skills, they bring strong business acumen—understanding industry trends, financial and operational metrics, and strategic goals. They also communicate complex insights clearly to all stakeholders, from the shop floor to the C‑suite.

• Data‑Driven Decision Making:
  Transform raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed strategic and operational decisions.
• Improved Efficiency & Cost Savings:
  Analyze processes and data to identify inefficiencies and cost‑saving opportunities, optimizing workflows and resource use.
• Strategic Insights & Competitive Advantage:
  Provide data‑driven insights on market trends and performance metrics to drive innovation and informed decision‑making.
• Risk Management:
  
  Assess data to identify risks, compliance issues, and vulnerabilities, enabling proactive risk mitigation.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Support:
  Serve as a bridge between departments, aligning data initiatives with business goals and supporting day‑to‑day operations through analysis and troubleshooting.

• Education:
  
  Business administration and IT
• BSc or MSc preferred
• 5 to 10 years of working experience
• SAP experience and deep skills in Celonis are essential
• Good communication skills
• Leadership experience is an advantage
