Een zorginstelling voor geestelijke gezondheidszorg in Geleen is op zoek naar een ervaren ambulant begeleider voor de afdeling Kind & Adolescent. De rol vereist het bieden van praktische ondersteuning aan kinderen en jongeren met complexe psychiatrische problemen. Je werkt samen in een multidisciplinair team, ondersteunt cliënten bij hun zelfstandigheid, en onderhoudt contacten met ouders en betrokkenen. Dit kan omvatten huisbezoeken voor optimale ondersteuning.

Een relevante opleiding en ervaring in de jeugd-GGZ zijn vereist, evenals sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
