Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time on‑site role for a Production CAD/Drafting professional, located in all offices in MI. The role involves the creation and maintenance of technical drawings, drafting plans, and ensuring compliance with CAD standards. The individual will work closely with the architecture design team to produce accurate construction documents and building models. Daily tasks may also include building information modeling (BIM) coordination and revising designs based on feedback.
Qualifications- Proficiency in CAD Standards and Computer‑Aided Design (CAD) tools
- Strong skills in Technical Drawing and Drawing preparation
- Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) i.e. Revit is highly desirable
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and precise work
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with design and engineering teams
- Associate's degree in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering Technology, or a related field; relevant experience may also be considered
- Familiarity with construction methods and processes is a plus
