Due to continued growth in projects, we are seeking a proactive and motivated Graduate Town Planner to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone that has recently completed their Master’s degree to begin their professional career within a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment.

You will support senior colleagues in delivering high-quality planning advice across a diverse range of projects, gaining exposure to residential, commercial, mixed-use and strategic land developments. The role offers structured professional development support, including mentoring towards RTPI chartership.

• Assisting in the preparation and submission of planning applications and appeals
• Supporting the preparation of planning appraisals and site assessments
• Undertaking research and analysis of planning policy at local and national level
• Contributing to the preparation of Planning Statements
• Liaising with clients, local authorities and external consultants
• Attending site visits and client meetings
• Monitoring planning policy updates and consultation documents
• Supporting senior team members in project management tasks

• Master’s degree in Town Planning or related discipline (RTPI accredited)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
• Commercial awareness and interest in development
• Full UK driving licence
• Previous experience in planning consultancy or local authority, desirable but not essential
• Understanding of the UK planning system
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
