Un établissement scolaire de la région recherche un(e) professionnel(le) en travail social pour prévenir et intervenir en matière de toxicomanie et accompagner des élèves en difficulté. Le poste nécessite un DEC en travail social ou un diplôme équivalent. Le candidat devra collaborer avec une équipe multidisciplinaire et participer à l'élaboration de plans d'intervention pour aider individuellement ou collectivement les élèves.
Ce rôle exige un fort engagement envers le bien-être des élèves.
