Overview

As a Bank Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by providing quality care and support, assisting with daily living, companionship, and sharing moments in a fulfilling environment.

Bank Care Assistant duties vary daily. You could support residents with food and drink, follow care plans, and ensure each resident has one-to-one time. This role aims to use your skills meaningfully and develop your career.
