Job DescriptionScope:
Europe & Canada
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive the marketing strategy for Perioperative & Critical Care solutions in the assigned region.
- Develop and deliver go-to-market plans, campaigns, and product launches in close collaboration with Sales, Clinical, Medical Affairs, and Education teams
- Act as a regional subject-matter expert, bringing field insights back to global teams to influence strategy and roadmap
- Build and manage relationships with key opinion leaders and strategic hospital partners
- Translate clinical evidence and guidelines into clear value propositions and competitive positioning
- Lead national initiatives and supervise local ones while ensuring consistent, high-quality execution at country level
- Plan and support congresses, events, and customer engagement activities
- Support key accounts through presentations, product demonstrations, and strategic discussions
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
- Support upstream projects as needed, drive new product introduction and launch plans in the region.
Requirements:
- Experience in medical devices, healthcare marketing, sales, or a related commercial role
- Solid understanding of the hospital environment, ideally within critical care, perioperative, or high-acuity settings
- Strong strategic thinking combined with a pragmatic, execution-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with senior clinical and commercial stakeholders
- Collaborative, proactive, and able to work across functions and cultures
- Willingness to travel regularly across the assigned region
