Job Description

Scope:
Europe & Canada

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive the marketing strategy for Perioperative & Critical Care solutions in the assigned region.
  • Develop and deliver go-to-market plans, campaigns, and product launches in close collaboration with Sales, Clinical, Medical Affairs, and Education teams
  • Act as a regional subject-matter expert, bringing field insights back to global teams to influence strategy and roadmap
  • Build and manage relationships with key opinion leaders and strategic hospital partners
  • Translate clinical evidence and guidelines into clear value propositions and competitive positioning
  • Lead national initiatives and supervise local ones while ensuring consistent, high-quality execution at country level
  • Plan and support congresses, events, and customer engagement activities
  • Support key accounts through presentations, product demonstrations, and strategic discussions
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
  • Support upstream projects as needed, drive new product introduction and launch plans in the region.

Requirements:

  • Experience in medical devices, healthcare marketing, sales, or a related commercial role
  • Solid understanding of the hospital environment, ideally within critical care, perioperative, or high-acuity settings
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with a pragmatic, execution-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with senior clinical and commercial stakeholders
  • Collaborative, proactive, and able to work across functions and cultures
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the assigned region
