Clinic Nurse Supervisor - RN

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinic Nurse Supervisor RN to join our esteemed healthcare team within the Hospital & Health Care industry. In addition to providing direct patient care, the successful candidate will play a key role in the development and implementation of nursing protocols and policies, as well as training and mentoring nursing staff. Position will require travel and supervision of multiple locations.

• Supervise nursing staff and oversee daily operations of the clinic.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
• Implement and monitor nursing protocols to enhance patient care.
• Facilitate training and professional development of nursing staff.
• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Liaise with physicians and healthcare providers to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and handle confidential information appropriately.

• Ability to facilitate communication and problem solving with patients, families, staff physicians, and administration.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support.
• Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Texas.
• Two years or more of nursing clinical experience with at least one year in ambulatory care setting.
• Minimum of one year in a leadership role, preferred.
• Prefer the following skills: the ability to multi‑task, problem solving, organizational skills, knowledge of physician office triage and experience using an Electronic Medical Record.
