Position will require travel and supervision of multiple locations.
Responsibilities- Supervise nursing staff and oversee daily operations of the clinic.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
- Implement and monitor nursing protocols to enhance patient care.
- Facilitate training and professional development of nursing staff.
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Liaise with physicians and healthcare providers to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and handle confidential information appropriately.
- Ability to facilitate communication and problem solving with patients, families, staff physicians, and administration.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support.
- Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Texas.
- Two years or more of nursing clinical experience with at least one year in ambulatory care setting.
- Minimum of one year in a leadership role, preferred.
- Prefer the following skills: the ability to multi‑task, problem solving, organizational skills, knowledge of physician office triage and experience using an Electronic Medical Record.
