• Supervise and support nursing staff in daily operations.
• Coordinate patient care and develop individual care plans.
• Administer medication and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patients’ conditions and provide updates to the healthcare team.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Provide education and support to residents and their families.
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute to care discussions.

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school with a valid RN/LVN license in Texas.
• Preferred nursing experience in a long‑term care facility.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Functional literacy in English is required.
