- Oversee daily operations of the dialysis unit and manage staff schedules.
- Assess and monitor patient conditions before, during, and after dialysis treatments.
- Coordinate and ensure high‑quality patient care and safety compliance during dialysis.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to nursing staff and assist with training new employees.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to discuss care plans.
- Document and maintain accurate patient records, treatment plans, and outcomes.
- Stay updated on best practices regarding dialysis care and implement new procedures as necessary.
- Nursing Degree (RN) from an accredited program.
- 1–3 years of experience in a healthcare dialysis setting, with 1–2 years focused on nursing care for End‑Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) patients.
- Valid RN license for the state of practice.
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare team members.
