Rehab Living at The Meadows is committed to providing exceptional rehabilitation and nursing care to our residents. We offer a supportive and nurturing environment where our staff can thrive. We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nurse Aides to join our team. Full-time and PRN positions are available, along with a $4,000 sign-on bonus for Full-Time roles with a one-year commitment.

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents based on their assessment and care plan.
• Aid residents with daily activities, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Assist in lifting and moving patients, with a focus on proper techniques to prevent injury.
• Work collaboratively with nursing staff under direct supervision to perform delegated tasks.
• Adhere to established methods and techniques while maintaining compliance with recognized standards.

• Must be a Certified Nurse Aide or currently enrolled in a Certified Nurse Aide program (completed first 16 hours of coursework).
• Ability to complete the Certified Nurse Aide program within four months of hire and maintain certification without lapse.
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain it within three months of hire.
• Prior clinical experience is preferred.
• Strong assessment and observation skills with effective communication abilities. Must possess good physical and mental health.
