Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprentice Oxford Terrace and Rawling Road Medical Group
£14,700.00 - 37 hours per week
Working week: Shifts could vary between 08:00am-16:00pm or 09:00am-17:00pm Mon-Fri. 1 Saturday shift will be included which will be on a rota – 08:45am-12:00pm
Join a busy healthcare team, supporting patients and staff while building real-world skills and earning a Level 2 qualification.
Role and responsibilities- Greeting patients on reception, booking appointments, and answering phones and sign posting to the relevant service.
- Handling cash / processing payments for any private work completed by G. Ps such as taxi or HGV medicals.
- Scanning documents, handling post and filing documents.
- Data input – transferring patient records from paper to electronic systems.
- Keeping up to date with mandatory training and practice policies and procedures.
