Contracted hours: 30 hours per week + 1-2 sleep ins 2 week rolling rota Wage:£12.60 per hour The people who you will be supporting:- 6 service users with learning disabilities.
- Service users who require personal and emotional care.
- Service users who display small/infrequent challenging behaviour.
- Service users who require assistance with daily tasks and be encouraged to learn new skills.
- Experience with challenging behaviour.
- Positive, enthusiastic with a great attitude.
- Outgoing and passionate about improving the service user’s quality of life.
- Knowledge of positive behaviour support.
- Proactive and motivated to look for new activities and experiences for the people we support.
- Someone who is open to learning new skills.
