• Protect the customer’s property, people, and assets by providing security services in accordance with the published Assignment Instructions and any subsequent changes.
• Deliver results that meet or exceed the Key Performance Indicators/Service Level Agreement for the customer, ensuring full responsibility and accountability to retain the contract.
• Execute all duties on site as defined within the Assignment Instructions, ensuring compliance with all policies, UK law, and guidance bodies.
• Maintain required licences (front‑line licence in Security Guarding or Door Supervision, CCTV PSS SIA Licence) and renew them 16 weeks before expiry.
• Follow instructions and procedures, report health and safety hazards, use common sense and initiative to respond to threats, and maintain professional conduct in difficult situations.
• Complete accurate notebook entries after incidents and submit incident reports promptly.
• Attend all training and competency sessions, and undertake additional training for continuous self‑development.
• Support the security account manager with suggestions for improving service levels based on changes to the Assignment Instructions.

• Previous security experience.
• Valid SIA Licence.
• SC Clearance desirable.
