Used Car Sales Executive

Overview

Lookers Ford Gateshead is recruiting for an ambitious and passionate Sales Executive to join our hard‑working and friendly team on site. Specialising in used vehicle sales, you will work alongside our sales team to provide Lookers first‑class customer service.

• Communicating with customers via email, telephone and in person
• Suggesting suitable vehicles based on customer needs
• Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives
• Negotiating the final price for the sale
• Completing the relevant paperwork for each sale
• Liaising with all dealership departments to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process

Previous experience in a similar position with brand training within the motor trade would be preferred but not essential. You will hold a full UK driving licence and be self‑motivated to hit targets; ambition and hard work are essential.

£34,618 per year (estimated). Permanent full‑time role. OTE up to £50,000, including £25,000 basic plus uncapped commission scheme. Competitive salaries with structured pay scales and progression.
