Do you love perfume and people? Do you thrive in a fast‑paced, supportive team? As a Team Leader you will support the Store Manager in the daily operational running of the store, lead by example, motivate a diverse team, and drive the store’s success.

Permanent Contract Pay Rate: £14.49

• Coach and mentor staff, ensuring they are set up for success.
• Motivate the team to achieve and exceed store and team targets, with fantastic incentives and prizes.
• Support the Store Manager with rosters, payroll budgets, prevention of stock loss, and store procedures.
• Step in for the Store Manager in their absence, keeping everything running smoothly.
• Key holder: open and close the store at the correct times.
• Lead by example, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure the team does the same.

• Talent for building relationships, coaching, and mentoring.
• Passion for teamwork and collective success.
• A spark to love upskilling and learning about perfume.
• Flexibility with work patterns.
• Previous experience leading a team, or an experienced sales advisor ready for the next step.

• Regular hours with rota released at least 4 weeks in advance.
• Commission at Christmas based on store sales and hours worked.
• 30 days holiday (pro rata depending on contract hours).
