Retail Sales Advisor –

Schedule:

13 / half‑hrs (Sat & Sun) –

Location:

Gateshead.

• Be part of a small team working within Warren James’s policies, procedures and processes, helping to look after the shop and customers to maximise sales and customer numbers.
• Create a welcoming environment and deliver great one‑to‑one customer experiences.
• Be involved with a variety of dayto‑day jobs including visual jewellery displays.
• Develop and maintain a good knowledge of our jewellery.
• Set a good example in everything you do.

• Demonstrate a genuine passion for jewellery and customer service.
• Promote a smart and well‑groomed appearance to reflect our public image.
• Work independently while also collaborating with the team and following management instruction.
• Show attention to detail in everything you do.

Jewellery knowledge is not required; training will be provided.

• Full and Part‑Time contracts.
• 28 days holiday a year; after 5 years you’ll receive 33 days a year (including 8 Bank Holidays pro‑rata for part‑time).
