About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated, skilled, and compassionate Nurse to join our night team at Careline Lifestyles in Wrekenton. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering safe, effective, and person‑centred care to adults with a range of complex needs, including acquired brain injuries, neurological conditions, mental health needs, and physical disabilities.
Responsibilities- Deliver high‑quality nursing and holistic care based on comprehensive individual assessments
- Build strong therapeutic relationships to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate personalised care plans and nursing interventions
- Regularly review and reassess the quality of care to meet changing needs and ensure best practice
- Review all medication requirements, ensuring documentation is accurate and updated promptly
- Safely administer medications and maintain clear, detailed records for each service user
- Ensure treatment rooms and clinical areas remain clean, organised, and compliant with infection control standards
- Participate in multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings, working collaboratively with a range of health and social care professionals
- Follow NMC Codes of Conduct, Scope of Practice, safeguarding principles, and all company policies
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the care team during night shifts
- Respond effectively to emergencies, incidents, and changes in residents' conditions
- Qualified and registered Nurse – RGN, RMN, or RNLD
- Current and valid NMC registration
- Minimum of 1 year’s post‑registration experience
- A passion for delivering compassionate, person‑centred, high‑quality care
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Confidence in making clinical decisions and supporting others in the team
