Job overviewLear Rice (Divisional Strategy and Communications Manager) is on the hunt for a ‘CRM Executive’ to join her team within this hybrid position. Working alongside our wider Digital and Content Marketing teams, you will manage and maintain customer relationships, support CRM strategies, and ensure effective implementation of CRM initiatives. The role focuses on enhancing the overall customer experience through data management, communication facilitation, and cross‑functional collaboration.
Do you have the analytical skillset to generate insights that drive informed decision‑making?
- Support and optimise the utilisation of multiple CRM systems, collaborating with internal stakeholders to implement enhancements, including the internal data lake, Power
BI and third‑party communication tools. - Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and user adoption.
- Support effective CRM strategies and processes to enhance customer engagement, retention and satisfaction.
- Analyse data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for improvement.
- Utilise CRM tools and analytics to drive personalised marketing campaigns and collaborate with wider teams to align efforts with business goals.
- Verify the functionality, appearance and accuracy of communications before deployment to the customer.
- Provide guidance and training to employees on CRM tools, processes and best practice.
- Create and deliver regular reports and dashboards to core stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators, sales trends and customer behaviour insights.
- Perform data analysis to identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations to optimise sales and marketing strategies.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of CRM initiatives through data‑driven metrics.
• In‑depth knowledge of automotive system environments, dependencies and data
• Experience working within a fast‑paced marketing environment
• Strong knowledge of CRM principles, practices and tools
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting and visualisation tools, including Excel and Power BI
• Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team, build rapport with peers, take a proactive approach and thrive in an evolving role
