Due to continued growth, CDM Recruitment Ltd is seeking a driven and professional Recruitment Consultant to join our team at our Hebburn office. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to develop a successful career within recruitment, supported by an experienced and collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities- Managing the full recruitment process from initial client brief through to successful placement
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates
- Advertising vacancies across appropriate platforms and proactively sourcing talent
- Matching candidates to roles based on skills, experience, and client requirements
- Negotiating offers and managing the onboarding process
- Ensuring compliance with company procedures and relevant legislation
- Working towards agreed performance targets and contributing to overall business growth
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills over the telephone and in person
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive, resilient, and target-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Annual OTE up to around 35k first year for trainee (Realistic)
- 50-70k OTE once established
- Office Hours (No weekends)
- Early finish every Friday (15.00)
- 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays and up to 8 additional bonus days
- Full Training Programme with ongoing development
