Personal Care Assistants will support clients with daily essentials, provide companionship, and deliver high-quality care that makes a meaningful difference. No prior experience is required — full induction and training are provided.

• Visit clients in their homes across Gateshead and Birtley
• Assist with personal care (washing, dressing, meals, medication)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help clients live independently and with dignity
• Maintain accurate records and follow safeguarding procedures

• Full induction and hands-on care training
• Shadowing experienced team members
